A user is a person that can log in. An administrator of an organisation can create users for teachers or students and assign them various access rights.
Groups which the user is a member of. Edit the user group to add or remove users.
Properties
The person represented by the user. Creating and associating a person with the user account is essential when the username is not an e-mail. It allows such user to reset their password, for example.
Co-owner
Co-owners have unlimited access to all data created by the owner. They cannot be assigned individual access rights and cannot be added to user groups. All access rights and group memberships that might have been set up earlier will be ignored as long as the user is a co-owner.
