User group

A user group is a means to assign and manage access rights for multiple users at once.

If you plan on giving access to your organisation to multiple users with the same general level of access, it might be a good idea to create a user group. When editing access rights to objects, choose this group and set up its permissions.

When you create your users later, making them members of the group automatically grants them all permissions of the group (unless their own permissions are more restrictive).
