Integration with Wonde

Import

To import data from Wonde, Skolaris connects via a secure channel to their API using the School ID obtained from Wonde.

Open the Import screen via the main navigation's Data section. Click Import from MIS, then the Wonde icon.

Enter the School ID of your school obtained from Wonde and the starting date of your term. This is used to filter the imported lessons. Optionally you can enter the end date as well.

Click Import to start the import.

After your data has been imported, don't forget to configure your class groups and teachers before proceeding with the timetable creation.

You will need to grant Skolaris access before importing data from your Wonde school account. Please contact us prior to attempting import for the first time.

What data does Skolaris import?

Skolaris only downloads data relevant to the timetable creation. These are namely:

  • School name
  • List of subjects
  • List of rooms
  • List of employees (aka Teachers in Skolaris) marked as teaching staff containing:
    • Initials
    • Forename, legal forename
    • Surname, legal surname
    • Title
  • List of groups (aka class groups) including
    • Code
    • Name
    • Description
    • Type
  • List of students (aka subgroups) including
    • Initials
    • Forename, legal forename
    • Surname, legal surname
    • Group affiliation
  • List of classes (aka courses) including
    • Code
    • Name
    • Description
    • Subject
    • Students
  • List of lesson including
    • Class (aka Course)
    • Employee (aka Teacher)
