Constraint: Room: Full occupancy

Specification

Checks the number of students placed in the room.

Deviation

Broken if the room is not fully occupied. The behaviour when the room is empty depends on the constraint checking mode:

Strict mode

An empty slot produces a full penalty.

Relaxed mode

An empty slot is not penalized.

Comments

The resulting penalty is the base constraint penalty multiplied by room occupancy percentage.

This constraint is turned off by default.
